How long have you been on the role? Have you had additional training? Is there anyone you can buddy?

crumblingatwork · 13/05/2025 21:14

is or that there is just too much work for you to do on one role? Or is it that you have not done the type of work before? Which parts of the job are really worrying you?

crumblingatwork · 13/05/2025 21:52

Good question. It’s a bit of both.
team is tricky. All working remotely hard to get a handle on what they are actually doing
also there’s lots I haven’t done before
also I am temporary as mat leave so hard to cut through

I'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. Migraines are horrible!

You write that your manager is very busy, but can you ask for support anyway?

Is there anyone else that you can ask for support?
