I'm 49, not pregnant but keep having waves of nausea, dizziness and diarrehea. This has been going on for a few weeks now?

Please see dr. Don’t want to scare you but I had nausea and diarrhoea and it turned out to be ovarian cancer. Yours is probably nothing but really worth checking.

verycloakanddaggers · 13/05/2025 12:02

Ongoing dizziness should be checked.

Are you on any medication with these listed side effects? Check your leaflets.

I also feel hungry and will happily eat, do don't think it's a tummy bug?

Ring 111 and list your symptoms, if you need to see someone they can advise.

Here's the NHS dizziness page:
https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/dizziness/

Note it states most dizziness isn't serious.

Please go then. I’m glad you are going to get help today. Good luck. Whatever it ends up being, it’s better to find out.

Then go, it'll be boring and slow but you'll be seen. Take a bag with food, drink, charger, book.

Hopefully all clear, good luck!

Hi @supersun23 how did you get on? Are you better? I’ve been experiencing similar symptoms and thought it was a virus but I’m not certain now as I did have similar at the start of the year also.

supersun23 · 17/06/2025 08:46

I'm OK now, blood tests all normal. Was told could be a virus or connected to my iron tablets. Have stopped taking them and ok now.
