Does anyone have a contact number for UPS in the UK??

I bought a pair of Skechers from the official website

They've been sent via UPS from Belgium

UPS has the slowest, clunkiest website I have ever had the misfortune to try and navigate

I have created a MyChoice profile and I still can't change, hold or divert the delivery to a secure location

I'm going round in circles, clicking on links and being sent back to the same useless pages and the AI bot keeps sending me there too

Is there a customer service number I can call??

Just an update, this was a waste of time and money as well

The phone line sent me round a series of useless automated menus - [No. For the last time of asking I DO NOT WANT TO SEND A FUCKING PACKAGE FROM ONE OF YOUR "CONVENIENT" DROP OFF POINTS] and I waited 10 minutes to be told by a girl in the Phillipines, that in spite of the emails from UPS allowing me to 'track' the package, they do not have it

It's in the hands of Skechers who will hand it to UPS tomorrow

Until the barcode is scanned by UPS, I cannot ask for a re-direct

Skechers customer service closed at 16:30, but offered me the option of sending them an email

I'm never going to see these poxy shoes

Oh Christ!! This has given me flashbacks to an important order due to be delivered by UPS… it was out for delivery for 3 days with ever changing timeslot.. eventually I was notified it had been delivered to a pick up point, no where near me… it was a mobility walker!!
I went round in circles with their customer service and gave up hope.
i have everything crossed for your sketchers delivery.
I have left bad reviews( Trustpilot etc) wherever possible

Just called UPS

Marielle checked my "steetis" to find UPS DO NOT have the package

It's still at Skechers Centre

[So, why are UPS updating me about a package not in their possession?]

Skechers Customer Service are only open between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday only

My hours of work are 10am to 6.30pm

I'm going to have to come in to work early, find a quiet spot and try to get through to them on Monday

The package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday

Word for word what happened to me
Mine was a walker so obviously I couldn’t get to a pick up point
My DS came with me to a pick up point also 5 minutes from home.

I think this is a 50/50 thing from Skechers and UPS

If I can get them to deliver to one of their shops, that would be great.

I definitely need to call Skechers on Monday morning

Got through to the "Website Team" on the official, Welwyn Garden City Customer Service number, who informed me that they were having difficulties with deliveries from Belgium

It's still in Belgium - UPS won't receive it until it gets to the UK

UPS won't allow me to divert until they have it

Skechers won't divert the shoes to a shop for me to 'click & collect'

I've got to keep an eye on the tracking notifications

Next time, I'll just walk into a Skechers shop and ask for a C&C delivery

This is ridiculous

My issues is, this isn't something dodgy fake site, this is their official Skechers site with the head office number easily Googleable and contactable

If I had known about the shit service, I would have just walked into one of the stores.

I've received a letter from UPS giving me an activation code for a My Choice account

Activated it and, of course, the American website doesn't recognise British postcodes 😠

Final update.

I called Skechers yesterday morning, who told me UPS had attempted to deliver on Saturday

No note through the door, no knock and no updates by email, phone or text, even though I had created an account with UPS and updated my contact preferences to ALL

The package had gone to the nearest UPS Collection point, less than 10 minutes walk away

Got my shoes yesterday.

Not doing that again
