In ear phones for exercise - what do you recommend?

What do you use?

I am looking for something possibly with the hook that goes over your ear or just with a very good fit - i have AirPod Pro’s but they don’t fit well, I keep dropping one whilst working out, even on gentle cardio! I have tried over the head phones but I find them irritating to wear and much prefer an in ear. I’m not wanting to spend £££ but open to it potentially for the right thing.

What kind of exercise?

Shokz are brilliant for running as you can hear carss etc but you might want something more noise cancelling for the gym.

Oh sorry I should have added I don’t really need noise cancelling. I don’t mind having it but it’s not a dealbreaker

running and gym workouts

Headband to hold them in place. Or I have a loop thing I can attach to them so they only fall around my neck and not onto the ground.
You can also get hooks to slot them into but I don't like wearing those with glasses.

(eta: when I looked basically everything said if the air pod pros don't stay in, nothing will!)

If you run a decent amount you really can't beat Shokz. But if you don't want the bit of background noise in the gym, I have a pair like these (mine are older) that don't budge at all, and the wire is really handy for draping them round your neck when you need to take them out without the risk of losing them.

You don't need new headphones, just get these: amzn.eu/d/eqYNB1x

I have tiny ear canals and mine used to fall out all the time. They haven't fallen out once since I got them. I tried lots of different headphones and nothing was as good...not without spending a lot of money.

I've never been able to get in ear headphones to stay in even with the ear hooks' things. Shokz have been as absolutely God send for me, thoroughly recommend them.
