best cordless vacuum for long hair?

We have a VAX Blade 4 which hasn’t been great really since we had it but I love the convenience of it.

My daughter has waist length hair and it just gets wrapped around the roller bit and I have to take it out and cut it off after every other hoover…

Can anyone recommend a cordless vacuum please that has something that will stop the long hair issue and actually pick things up please?

I never feel the floor is completely ‘bit free’ and our rug certainly isn’t!

Mainly hard floors, 1 bedroom and the stairs and landing with carpet.

Thank you!

I know you didn’t ask this, but we just made the jump from shark cordless to corded and wow. The power difference is insane!! I’d say you probably need the pet one for the anti hair wrap technology.

Came here to say the same as @Btowngirl I have long hair and i haven't found a cordless that can really work despite trying a Dyson, Shark and an argos own brand one when one of the others broke. We went back to a corded Henry which is miles better, but my DM's corded Shark also seems good as well.

Thank you both.
I loved my old Henry… maybe it’s time to go back!
I love the quickness and convenience of the cordless but maybe the downsides outweigh the benefits!

No problem! I don’t know if I have just convinced myself but the corded is more convenient to me now. The extra parts store on itself so no hunting for them, no picking it up and it runs out of battery really quickly and the fact it stands up by itself!
