A decent travel coffee mug.
Cashmere bed socks (white company).
AESOP soap.
Nice running / yoga / Pilates socks or similar

Depends on your budget I think

Usually spend about £100. I bought her gym stuff for Christmas if that helps!

Something consumable (cheese?) and a lower budget as I'd prefer to choose my own gym kit, socks etc and buy it when I needed it or saw it on sale.

Yeah, I know what you’re saying. I only buy gym stuff that I know she already wears so it’s fool proof.

I am a runner and a friend once paid my entry to a race I wanted to do plus a cafe voucher for after. Not sure if your friend is jut generally active or if she has a specific sport she does/competes in.

One of the best presents I received was a travel jewellery wrap - I take it with me on all my trips. The person that bought it me also included a lovely bracelet

This actually might be a good shout…I’ll have to check if she has one already though. Jewellery is always a good option but she does have quite a lot already.
