Things you've overheard recently that have made you smile :)

I was in the garden earlier when my neighbour's dog started barking.

I overheard her say to the dog "What?! It's a bird, you're never going to catch it, you can't fly. You can't even jump very high".

And the dog responded with "it's not fair". Well ok - it actually just whined a bit, but I'm nearly certain that's what it was trying to say ... Made me smile :)

Picking DC up from child minders, when I got near the door, the window was open and I could hear her chattering away to an older DC & the older one said that my DC was the best part of her day
