How much sleep do you get?

Hello, just a curious question really, how much sleep do you get and how much sleep do you have where you wake up feeling refreshed and good to go for the day? I sleep for 7 hours at most, usually 6 ish but I am always tired, feeling out of sorts and just not feeling my best. I was taking to mum’s at the school gate earlier who also say they are tired but they go to bed at around 9 ish mostly and wake up at 6, that’s 9 hours, is that the norm? Do you notice if you have less sleep continuously? I use to get by on less sleep but it is different having a child! 😅

About 7 hours on weekdays and weekends around 9 hours.

I like 8 hours, half 10 until half 6 usually.

Magnesium has made an incredible difference to my sleep and I rarely wake up exhausted anymore.

I don’t actually know how much I need but my ME/CFS means that no matter how much I do get is never enough!

Anywhere between 4 and 7 hours depending on how my DCs sleep. I need more like 8 but rarely get that.

About 7 hours. Go to bed at 9.30am and wake at stupid o'clock. Fitbit does seem to think I am a giraffe though with quite efficient sleep so generally don't feel too tired.
