Best blueberry cake / tray bake recipe?

Am tempted to try Melissa Hemsley’s recipe as I do like a cake made with ground almonds but unsure about the coconut oil. Any recommendations for this recipe (or another great version) please?

this is my absolute favourite cake. I do it in two standard cake tins and then sandwich it with lemon butter cream. It also works really well as buns
