What size would you say this top was?

Strange question, I know. I ordered this from Etsy, going by their size guide.
This arrived and doesn’t fit anywhere on their size chart so I wonder if I’m measuring myself wrong. It’s 20 inches from one side to the other, would you consider this medium or large etc…?

40 inches is large or XL in my book.

I'd say Extra Large - 20 inches is wide
