I was attacked 3 years ago that has had long lasting impact on my physical wellbeing and mental health. I cant work full time although I do work on average about 10- 16 hours a week depending on how im doing . The work however is insecure sometimes there is non and sometimes I can't do it, but the above takes that into account over the course of a year
I have significant responsibilities towards my son who has serious mental health and physical needs (although he does have care now as well)
I am signed off to work reduced hours by the GP. Ive just completed the capacity to work forms and its the first time ive really looked at the impact as a whole, i was a bit shocked as I generally muddle through. If i claim PIP I'd be very surprised if I got more than 4 in any category which puts me squarely in the category to be abolished.
Would you bother putting in a claim?
