I'm waiting for child to finish swimming training.

The actual throat pain is not too bad now, I've been using soluble paracetamol and managed to eat something today, just the swelling in my neck that's painful when I lie down.

I'm away for work from tomorrow so finished packing, had a shower washed my hair, used what DH calls my electric cheese grater on my feet which are now smothered in cream and fluffy socks. Trimmed my nails, coat of clear polish drying, listening to tonight's the Archers. Got to get up early so about to go to bed

I have finally disassembled the leftover chicken carcass from Sunday, and given the cats some bits off it, watered a plant that lives in the hall as it had gone a bit dry and droopy. I am now being interrupted from typing this by DH who wants to know whether there is a bag of recycling ready to go to the charity shop. Living the dream.

Well I'm on Mumsnet! Lying on sofa, nothing on tv or anything. Waiting for my bra to finish in the washing machine and for Dh to come from his regular clinic appointment.

Also wondering if my nose is slightly running because I have a cold coming on or if it's pollen related.

Really, really hungry as on fast day. I'll have to make do with a glass of water.

I’m in a bnb on a solo walking trip in the Highlands. Just made a brew. Last day walking today. Hopefully the car is where I left it a week ago!

I'm lying flat after a coffee and two paracetamol. Have caught a heavy cold and feel achy all over, especially my back. I'm supposed to be writing a dissertation, ahhhhhh!!

I went to look at a plant market, then got a breakfast bap, then went home and got a cup of tea.

Just got up. Currently in a flare up (see my username). Will attend SEN stay and play with my little ones in a bit then will chill on the sofa with a brew and finish watching Castaway on Netflix 🏐🏝️
