What's your go-to food when you're over the d&v and starting to eat again? Ginger nuts and bread with jam tend to be mine.

Porridge made with water when I'm feeling a bit better

"BRAT" diet…banana, rice, applesauce, toast. As told to me by a doctor once.

I didn't realise they were the same thing!

Edit: it makes sense though.

Toast, ready salted crisps, live yoghurt, bananas.

DilemmaDelilah · 29/04/2025 19:53

Dry toast and peppermint tea. Then when I feel a little better, chicken noodle soup without the noodles.

AllIwantedwasanMOT · 29/04/2025 19:54

Strawberry yoghurt, ravioli without sauce, diet coke, orange juice when things are getting better

fiorentina · 29/04/2025 19:56

Toast, biscuits, fruit juice lollies, electrolytes.

OverpricedCupcake · 29/04/2025 19:58

Chicken broth.
