Has anyone done this before? I’m looking to book it quite in advance but there are so many times slots available I’m not sure which is best. Is it best to do an early tour, are there other things to do after? Or does it not matter?

We’ve been and enjoyed it. However, we weren’t there all day, probably two to three hours at most. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn’t have spent all day there.

Has anyone been to the HP studio in London recently? I’m thinking of booking it in November or December - is Dark Arts or Howard’s in the Snow better? Any tips for first timers? My children are 8 and 11 if that helps!

They are different, I'm not sure one is better than the other.
If they love all the dark arts stuff, then go for the dark arts event. If they think the death eaters are scary then don't.

All of the Yule Ball stuff is on display at Christmas, and you can get broomstick photos of you flying over a Snow covered Hogwarts.

I think Hogwarts in the snow is more magical. The Dark Arts event is more interesting.

Any cheeky discount codes flying about? 🤭😂

I agree. A couple of hours is ample to se it all

I am not a HP fan but I really enjoyed it. It takes a long time to go round so leave as much time as possible. There were not many places to sit en route. Wear black robes if you want to make the most of the green screen videos!

Thank you so much this is so useful. Is priority parking worth the extra £10? Is the parking a long distance away without it?

We’ve been twice but went in about 10am to make the most of it as it is an expensive day out
priority parking is good but
not essential
1st time we went for Halloween then last year we went for Christmas and that was brilliant

has anyone gone on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve?

If you go with Potter fans you can spend two hours in the gift shop at the end!!
