Asda order never arrived but says 'delivered' on the app?

Has this happened to anyone else? Was due between 5-6pm yesterday so couldn't contact the store. Rang customer services but they were no help, telling me to ring back today.

I just think that no heads up that there was a problem and what they intend to do about it is really shocking service! Kids are back to school today so typically the order included stuff for packed lunches etc. I'm a bit gobsmacked that they can not deliver and it appears to be my responsibility to chase for a refund with no communication or apology from Asda! Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on 🤬

I was watering friend’s garden last year when they were on holiday. Tesco delivery woman came through the gate. Mrs Smith? Err no. She’d gone on the directions she was given ‘ house is behind village hall’ except she’d got the house next to the Scout hall, completely different. I could have had a free Tesco shop but instead walked her over to the right house.

Have you tried doing missing items on the app, mark them all missing. Hopefully you might just get an automatic refund that way.

That’s awful. I had a missing delivery from Ocado. Their help service was open to really late so I was able to contact someone.

When this happened with Ocado once they had taken it to my neighbour who had accepted the shopping! Cheeky bastards

I reckon they all cock it up from time to time. I won't use Tesco again - I am not a frequent user of delivery and twice now they've cancelled when delivering food to a campsite when there were very few other options to feed hungry children!
