Awake!! Anyone else?

I’ve had a really busy week and I’m exhausted. I’m not getting a relaxing/recharging weekend.
Saturday I was on the go all day, working and doing a very intense all day course.
Had some (quite a bit) of dark chocolate Easter egg about 10pm and now I’m wide awake!
I always forget chocolate does this to me now I’m older……..
Equally busy/long day coming up tomorrow and I’m sooooo awake……. But tired too….. Anyone else suffering with me??

I finally got off around 1.45 I think. 4.45 bolt awake again!
My whole life I’ve been a good sleeper. Must be peri…..

I was like that last night, fell asleep, awake again only 20 minutes later…

Going to be warm this coming week, 27’ on Thursday, so sleep will be harder.
My house holds heat and its like a furnace
but like a freezer in the winter

I prefer the cold, you can wrap up in a nice warm blanket, but the heat 🥵

I'm usually awake at this time. Very, very annoying I will wake up at any point after midnight and generally dont get back off again til just before its time to get up 🙈 at weekends i can get up, do housework then nod back off on the sofa but during the week i have to work and it really gets me down im so tired all day :( tried everything!

I'm awake, and thanks to this thread I've just had a cheeky 4.30am salt and vinegar crisp sandwich...not sure if it will help me to get back to sleep 🤭 but it was very satisfying 😌

I have been awake for a while, insomniac most of the time unless I take an antihistamine the day before (undiagnosed adhd). It’s my birthday today and we are off to a spa- currently in Budapest so it could be worse!

Well, that's a basic one, but for the full experience, cheese (extra mature cheddar) is required.
And some raw onion on it!
