I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and irrationally pissed off about everything lately, and it’s been building for a couple of months now. I’m getting more and more wound up over even the smallest things, for example DH left a plate on the side instead of putting it in the dishwasher and I just went into hulk mode. It's also not the menopause as I'm too young. Any tips and tricks will be beneficial to somehow manage this inside anger and if you've ever experienced this.
