I think it's doable - I did it on a couple of different occassions in my 30s. It's just a bit over 2lbs a week, so not very extreme weight loss.

Problem with losing the weight relatively quickly is that it can creep back on fairly quickly too.

Depends on many things. What’s your starting weight, diet, exercise etc

It depends how overweight you are. If you have a lot to lose 2.5 llbs a week isn't ridiculous.

If you only have a stone to lose, I think 10 weeks is more realistic and sustainable.

Possible if you are carrying a fair bit of extra weight - at 2lb a week you’d be just under a stone lost which isn’t impossible .
If you are at a fairly normal weight then losing a stone in 6 weeks would be hard without going down to very low calories .
