Wait what???? My kids are both adults now, and Peppa Pig was pretty new when they were small. I haven’t watched it for years. Mummy Pig is PREGNANT?? Surely she’s too old now?? We were watching it in about 2006!!

Have you seen the Duplo Peppa pig sets? We weren't impressed with the house, it doesn't have nearly enough rooms, so we're building a bigger house which is more accurate using Duplo furniture.

So you're interested, why the ‘attitude’ then?

My kids are grown now so I won’t be tuning in but I like the fact the cartoon is moving on, it used to annoy me that the Simpsons never moved forward.

Ffs, an opinion is not an 'attitude'.
Learn to have a debate; differing opinions are as valid as the 'supporting' opinions.

It's pathetic. All the shit happening here and in the world, yet the ridiculousness of a cartoon pig having a 'baby' is headline news.
Aside from the obvious anthropomorphism of an animal, the fact that a pig is only having one piglet is just wrong.
Sue me!

It's because the world's going to crap that we need something daft to smile at.

I'm simply not prepared to ruin my mental health by constantly doom scrolling and worrying about the future of the world. I want to occasionally cleanse my mind by laughing a little.

Bluey is certainly not just a kids program. There is a few episodes about an aunt who can't have kids then she's pregnant. It shows chilli feeling inadequate at a toddler group etc. Kids won't get that.
