What are these on my feet !!

On both soles of my feet in the same place, rock hard and no matter how much I scratch at them they don’t ever get better.

It’s just hard skin. I have the same thing.

How can I get it off? I don’t have it around my heels, I must walk funny !

Callus I.e. hard skin!
I get dh to remove it from my soles with a scalpel….I can’t at it get at the right angle somehow!

See a chiropodist and they will remove it for you.

Did it come back ? I’ve tried those sharp scalpel type feet tools in the bath but they must not be very sharp as didn’t help and also used those foot packs, every bit of my feet peeled apart from the hard skin 😆

It could just be a callus but my verrucas looked like that too. Because I hadn't realised I'd got them the protective hard skin layers had built up a lot.

Do you have an under active thyroid?

It may be something to do with your feet or it could be your shoes
