Looking for a low but weight material loose type cover to protect babies legs and arms in the carrier. Want to make sure I buy something genuine and not dodgy.

Large muslin tucked in to the carrier, or lightweight long sleeved/legged clothing. Or UV baby clothing.

Coolibar have Uv protective baby clothing, or you could use their sun shawl/ blanket

But a Muslin wouldn’t block much UV? Not really wanting to have to change them into UV clothing each time they are in the carrier and ankles always pop out no matter how well you put their trousers on.

I searched and searched for this for DD - possibly even had a thread about it - 18 months ago. Everything I found was in the USA or Australia with huge shipping costs/time delays.

In the end I used a muslin and stayed in the shade, or when being in the sun was unavoidable I draped a snooze shade over the carrier. Not stylish and a huge faff, but I felt better for it.

I git delivery from Coolibar within a week (I think I ordered on Saturday and it was delivered today). I didn't notice the postage, sorry as I spent enough for free delivery. Solbari also have a sun shawl (and are my usual specialist UV clothing go to) and are delivery within a week

Thanks that’s good to know. I’ve just had something from bundle bean arrive, it says a uv50 shawl but seems to look like normal see through cotton.
what do you buy/find useful from coolibar @CMOTDibbler ?

@BlackWhiteCircle I’m very, very sun sensitive and need to cover my skin completely (not just sun screen or something like a cotton shirt) so the specialist products are a god send as they have things like sun sleeves to add to a short sleeve top, and I just ordered a couple of the Coolibar crop tops which are long sleeve/ high neck to fill in where a dress or top has a lower neck or back and add sleeves. I have shrugs from Solbari for where the sleeves alone would leave a gap but the neckline is ok.
