I currently live in a first floor flat and because of this I can't have wooden flooring etc, It has to be carpet to stop noise for the person below me etc
Going to be moving into a ground floor flat soon so was wondering if you can have wooden floors on a ground floor as nobody below me..
I know it probably differs from place to place..
I hate carpets and would love to not have to have them in the new flat!
