Older boys at daycare

The daycare my kiddos went to over the easter break had a lot of older kids in it and my boys keep coming home talking about roblox and sigma(???) should I be worried?

Yes. Immediately sell your house and move to a better area.

Really!? that feels a little extreme - I don’t plan on sending them back there but a whole new area?? 🤣

Why would you be worried unless your son is playing Roblox aswell? Also sigma is part of the slang they all use!

All that sigma stuff has misogynistic links online. My 6 year old DD was at a holiday club with children up to age 12- I don't think it works very well actually to have them all in these large age range groups and it has made me re think childcare plans.

Okay phew! I’ve never heard sigma before and couldn’t really gage whether it was bad or not. Also my boys aren’t on roblox they’re 4 and 5 and i’ve really worried about them going on the internet, i’m just concerned about negative influences - they aren’t sheltered per se i just think they’re a little too young right now.

I live and work in a nice, leafy middle class area and we still have talks of Roblox and sigma, it’s just the trending thing at the moment.

Completely agree - my boys can be little rascals too so I don’t want them having any bad influences especially as they’re so young. Thanks a lot for letting me know the sigma links i’ll be sure to research that and try and put a stop to it. 🙂
