How to turn my life around?

I don’t have a awful life, in fact it’s pretty good. I’m a sahm and had a difficult few years, my died after a very long illness, DH has some health issues last year, oldest child finally diagnosed with ASD and I’m accepting that I very probably have ASD too.

Recently I feel in bit of a rut, I’ve been losing weight, that’s slowed down, I’ve not been exercising much, jumping from house project to the next before I’ve finished the first one.

Any advice pls?

I’m sorry to hear this. However you appear to have posted this under the forum “Children’s books” which isn’t the right place for it

Thank you. I have to put it in chat. I will ask MN to move it.

Me again. Sorry you have had no replies - hopefully this bump will help. Sometimes, when one is stuck in such ruts, and feeling down, on the edge, unable to concentrate on things long enough - whether the "thing" is a weight loss journey, or a house project, or something more long term like careers - it is useful to speak to someone, out loud, starting from somewhere. Would you have the budget for some therapy or at least sign up for the free Mind Matters therapy thats available in many counties?
