London restaurant for 18th birthday

We want to take DS to a good, fun restaurant in London for his 18th. Predictably he likes meat: beef, steak, fried chicken.
Can anyone recommend anywhere special that we might all enjoy? He does like seafood so I was thinking Sheekeys, but think it might lack the fun factor for a teenage boy.
Any ideas very welcome!

Hawksmoor is delicious and excellent for steak

Sticks-n-sushi is also delicious and fun - Sushi/Swedish combo with a funky vibe and great set menus.

I think Shard is a great idea but I’d suggest a different restaurant there - Oblix instead as it’s a slightly less formal menu and vibe - I’ve previously taken teenagers there and they have always enjoyed and at 18 might find the cocktails fun too
