What can I get my sister for her birthday?

My sister has a drama about her birthday every year, messes about with if she wants to celebrate it then at the last minute it comes together and we have a decent time. This year she hasn't told me what she wants (in my family we tell each other what we want for all birthdays and Christmas)
She likes nice clothes, she's fairly girly, she has young kids, no hobbies really
My budget is probably 50 quid, I've already paid a lady to make her a cake and we are going to a musical and for dinner.
Any ideas?

That all sounds very exhausting having to cater to her dramatics. I was going to suggest cinema and a meal but you already have something nicer than that planned.

Who has paid for her ticket to the musical? Can’t that or the meal be her present?

We've all paid for our own tickets, we will likely split the cost of her meal between me and the other adult going but I will get her a gift too

It can be tiring but she's my sister and I love her so I do it. But yes, I wish it was different but that's life sometimes

Perfume is a great idea but she only uses one and I know she has a full bottle at the moment!

What perfume does she wear? If they do matching shower gel/body lotion you could get some of that.

Voucher for a haircut.

I’d just say you want to cover the cost of her ticket, you know it’s something she wants.

Voucher for a massage.

I’d get a Treatwell voucher, can be put towards massage / hair / nails / facial etc.
