We are flying through Gatwick on Tuesday and ordered a Click and Collect order for delivery on Saturday 12th .
However , it arrived last Monday on the 7th .
I cannot get through to anyone to ensure they don’t return the parcel after 7 days as they mention they do .
I’m assuming / hoping the return date is 7 days after the delivery date we opted for ( as in yesterday ) !
Any experience would be most helpful .
It happened last year too but I was able to get in contact with the store to guarantee they kept my items .
