I'm coming at this from both sides of the fence.
I'm often asked to rate/review a service through their email, which I'd like to but not with google because it appears to show everyone's name as on their email account . I don't want to share personal info like that for services - eg dental work or similar.
Likewise I run a small business where some reviews would be great but because of the confidential nature of my work, clients wouldn't want their names to appear online.
Anyway round this?
