I've been making things recently and decided to try and set up a small business. Yesterday I set up an Etsy shop to trial it for a few weeks. If it was successful I'd register as a business for tax purposes etc. I paid the one-off £14 fee for the shop and listed 6 items to start with.
I've been getting messages that looked suspiciously spammy so I reported them as such. I've just supposedly had my first sale and was looking on the seller dashboard for the buyer's details to send it to but they're nowhere to be seen.
I've attached a screenshot of another message and need to know if it's genuine. My card details on Etsy are correct, so I'm confused. Has somebody genuinely tried to buy an item (I'll be thrilled if so) but is having problems paying? I can't find out if Etsy have a live help thing. My phone literally hates the Etsy seller platform!
