What's for dinner?

I am thinking of doing a roast chicken with all the trimmings. DS1 is revising and it is a favourite of his. Tomorrow I am doing my Sunday standard of lamb pilaf.

Herby Roast chicken with potatoes and tenderstem broccoli followed by creme caramel.

Either breaded cod or pork steaks. Teen boys can choose.

Chicken skewers in pittas, fries and salad. I really need to start preparing it!

Dp still at work so dd had fish fingers, homemade wedges, beans and peas. I'm doing mozzarella stuffed Italian burgers in the air fryer for Dp and later. I'll have mine with salad and I've saved him some wedges.

I've decided against lamb tonight. Instead I am going to be a roasted vegetable pasta salad and cold roast chicken and we will go to the beach for a picnic.

Last night we have quinoa, sweet potato, chickpeas and broccoli with tahini dressing. Tonight I’m cooking a roast because we haven't had one in yonks!
