What do I need for under this dress?

I’m going to a wedding next week, got the dress ages ago and just tried it on with my shoes etc to make sure everything is ok and you can see the seams of my bra.

I was thinking a vest underneath and started looking but then thought maybe a slip would be better? Found a slip on M&S and it comes in a variety of lengths, 14in-35in. I have no idea what length i want and can’t find a tape measure to save my life. It’s a long dress so do I want a full length slip or would something shorter be ok?

Have you tried a t shirt bra?

Different bra surely?

I wear a JJ cup, buying a new bra is, quite frankly, an ordeal I just can’t be fucked with at the moment. If popping into town and picking up a new bra cheaply was an option I would.

A quick look on Bravissimo has one smooth cup bra in my size and it’s a plunge, I’d spend the entire day terrified of falling out.
