I feel so uncomfortable on my period

I feel so bloated to the point I feel and look about 5 months pregnant. I'm in pain, nauseous. Just feel so crap. Have had a scan, no endometriosis. Polycystic appearance of ovaries but regular periods and normal bloods so not PCOS. Has anyone got any tips? Already take loads of supplements.

Have had a scan, no endometriosis.
The majority of the time it’s not possible to diagnose via a scan. A laparoscopy is needed for that.
