Just that really? And if so what was the effect? The claims seem a bit too good to be true

@Lazykitten did you notice any difference?

Hi both. I've gotta say I really haven't noticed a huge difference. I got a 3 month supply but am a bit lax about taking it every day. No ill effects, I might get another 3 months and try be a bit stricter with myself to take it everyday. But jury is out....

@Lazykitten thank you for the update!

Please keep us posted if anything changes, or if you do another 3 months, sometimes supplements take a while to kick in 👍🏻

I think it's relatively dose dependent as well. But you really need to take it every day and you can up the dose to 750mg-1000mg a day for a week or two and see how that goes as well. Personally I bump mine to 1000mg on weeks where I'm run down or have loads on. But I've been buying it in the larger packs to save cash.

This nmn does me for about 3 months.

I think its amazing, but i also see some people don't get on well with it too. If you don't feel it,perhaps low NAD isn't an issue for you?
Would explain why some people don't feel much and then some people feel incredible and have much more energy. How much do you have left? Could you up the dose for a bit and try?

My husband and I were taking Longevity Formulas nmn (Used to be Healthspan formulas but they rebranded) for 4 or 5 months in the run up to trying for a baby. He is almost 40 and I'm 35. Obviously loads of factors at play but we were pregnant first try. I personally feel great when taking it and I think it definitely helped us. Supposedly it's great for egg and sperm health. 🤔We're no spring chickens when it comes to conception so I reckon there's something to it. Worth a go. I just checked and looks like they've got 3 month supply for under £50 atm too - https://longevityformulas.co.uk/products/3-month-nmn-supplement-bundle

Hi all - advise on the brands of NMN please. I have started on the higher volume British supplements and seeing benefits that I would like to continue for the foreseeable.
the price difference on this brand and viva nmn is significant £60 v’s £127 for 3 months- even if you take account of prorata mg the viva nmn is approx £87 (500mg v’s 724mg)
my question is, is the price difference worth it, or a waste of money? Is the higher dose necessary and worth price difference? Is the quality between the two significantly different?

ZingyRedLion · 04/05/2026 16:45

I'm not sure the higher dose is worth it tbh, you can get cheaper and try the lower dose, if it works for you then great, if not then maybe you could take a double capsule every 2nd or 3rd day?
😊
Also btw the Longevity Formulas ones above that were recommended are 90 capsules for £49.99 atm, so £10 cheaper than VivaNMN and IMO, a better product. I just stocked up.

I don't know if it's the quality or the delayed release thing but I feel good on 500mg from them, other brands I often needed a higher dose.
