Rearranging furniture

Do you do this? Do you get bored of the same old layout?
I’d say every six months or so I have an urge to switch things around. I don’t know why I do it, but I always have. Do you?

Nope 🤣🤣🤣

I only ever change the layout of a room if there's some extremely compelling reason.

(obviously everything gets pulled out to be hoovered behind, et cetera)

I used to do this a lot. I would always rearrange my bedroom every few months as a kid and once I left home I would do the same in the lounge. I think I ran out of time and energy when I had kids and haven't done it since!

Yes! I rearrange the furniture fairly frequently. My family joke about it, as sometimes the layout can change several times in the space of a few weeks 😂

When I do it, it’s like a new lease of life! Or is that very sad 🤣
Maybe it’s feng shui. Or maybe it’s just creativity. I’m feeling the urge to do it again now…

Exactly, it's like having a different room(s)! I love it. I change things round seasonally, too. Sofa facing the window for a view of the garden in summer or looking inwards towards the fire in winter.

You’re a poster after my own heart 😍🤣
The seasons definitely affect the layout choices.

After this post, I moved the sofa 🤣 and I love it.

I always do this! All the furniture apart from beds and sofa has been in all the rooms at some point.

I’ve always loved doing this, I used to switch up my bedroom as a teenager and never really grew out of it! I do like change
