When did you realise he was the one?

I've been seeing a lovely man for a while.

We were in a cafe at the weekend, he made his order and then said "and I'll take a can of pop please

Now we live in the SE and that's where his roots are. No one calls it pop, but my GPs were from the Midlands so it was pop to them and I've always held the term affectionately, although it's not something I say.

My heart absolutely flipped 🤣

He enriches me in every way has never tried to change me but we've grown together and developed.
I knew he was the one when I saw the care and consideration he gave his niece not long after we met for a man in his 20s (perhaps judging all with one brush) I just knew he would be an amazing daddy one day.
And he is.
