Going into office when my "work friends" are in

Does anyone else do this?

We have a desk booking system so I can see who's booked a desk and I like going in if my "work friends" are in.

Work friends?

We have work family.
Work mom
Work dad
Work siblings
Work cousins
Work husband
Work wife
Work child.

LOL

In my head I see my line manager as my "work dad" but I keep that to myself

If you work hybrid I can totally understand trying to schedule an office day around the other people you want to be there either because you like them or because you need to liaise with them about things.

I totally do this i try and work from home when the people I get on with aren't there. My team is the worst team I gave ever worked in so escaping the a*holes for a day or two makes it bearable. Im still there because I need a wee bit more experience before going for a promotion.
