Lovely restaurant and hotel stay

I’d like to take my husband to a good restaurant, perhaps in a hotel?

We live very close to London, so would rather go somewhere else (but not too far-an hour or so’s drive would be fine).

I’ve just been looking at the Hand and Flowers in Marlow. Would anyone recommend? Or anywhere else you’ve been and loved? Not sure about budget but I would like us to do one night away.

I believe the Hand In Flowers has a two year wait list 😢. I like the Bel and Dragon restaurants. There’s a handful of them in and around the Home Counties.
