Anyone take escitalopram 20mg

And ever missed a dose ? Missed just one tablet yesterday, have taken it now since I’ve got up but I’ve woke up SO dizzy, literally like I was walking sideways when I got out of bed. Could it be due to the missed dose ? I was also getting these weird buzz feelings in my brain whilst in bed last night, so strange.
I’ve checked my blood pressure which is 120/79 which I believe is normal?

Yep. It will settle when you take today’s dose. It’s a VERY odd feeling. Not horrible but freaky

I take venlafaxine which is a similar (if not the same ) medication and yes that weird drunk feeling is normal if you miss a dose.

It will go when the tablet you have taken kicks in but it is an awful side effect, I keep spares in work and in the car just incase!

Any idea when it might kick in ? I took it probably about an hour ago now. It’s a horrible feeling, yes like I’d necked a bottle of Prosecco 🤢
