Need help to get house and life in order

We're going through quite a tough time for a number of reasons.

I feel slightly silly saying it, but I need to employ someone to help me get my house in order. Not just cleaning - clearly junk, organising, etc, too. Obviously I'll need someone I can really trust, and who won't judge. How do I go about this? Do these services exist?

Yes there are people that declutter. I have been doing a business like this for several years it’s very satisfying

There are specific companies. Have you seen Sort your life out on tv? The lady on that runs a company doing this hence getting the tv gig.
