How often, if at all do you say yes to a double sleepover?

For reference we have 3 teenage girls, all own rooms and different friend groups.

I have a fairly open door policy but after hosting my parents who stayed last weekend, a teenage friend of my eldest being here all day Friday past (11ish to 7pm) joint friend of two younger DD’s here yesterday and over night, They have been out all day with their horses, just all piled back in and DC has just asked if friend can stay for dinner and over night again.

I hate saying no but my younger daughter 13 and I can tell looking at her she is exhausted and sometimes it’s nice not toe worry about being appropriately dressed when you go for a wee in the middle of the night and also have a quiet/er house in the morning.

DH would say yes to everything and makes me feel like a complete fun sponge when I say I’m not really up for it.

Do you have work in the morning. I would just go with it to be fair.

No tbf I don’t have work tomorrow as work term time, maybe that it, it’s for first day of my holidays after quite a busy few weeks and just feeling quite burnt out.

Kids are only young once. I remember sleep overs at my mates with such fondness. It’s not every night at the end of the day.
We would also pile into a friends house after a day with our horses and have a sleep over. Great days!

We usually have kids sleeping over most Fridays but I never hesitate on the nights I think we all need a break to say no.

I think if you’ve all had enough it’s fine to say no. Maybe suggest an alternative night this coming week
