Flashing icon on my phone when on lock screen

I've not been able to catch a screen shot so hoping someone can recognise it.

My phone is a Samsung, about six years old.

The icon is blue, shape is like a round tear drop but not a solid shape. Like a circle that isn't finished. Worried my phone as been tampered with. It flashes on and immediately disappears. I've had it for a few days and it happens several times a night. Any ideas?

I've also noticed my calendar alerts aren't going off even though they are definitely set to.

Is the teardrop upside down?

It's the voice wake up icon

does anyone know anything about it?

Hopefully the photo will be allowed soon.

I have my alerts working, have turned off the voice wake up icon but are confused about what has gone on.

That's for Bixby, it's like Siri or hey google for samsung.

What is voice wake up on my Samsung?
You don't need to press a button when you want to call Bixby on your Galaxy phone or tablet; you can do it hands-free with Voice wake-up. Once this feature is set up, all you have to do is say “Hi, Bixby,” and Bixby will be at your service.

It's quite easy to activate, maybe it was by accident when in your pocket or bag?

I've no clue. I've never used Bixby.

This keeps flashing on again so clearly I haven't removed it. Any clue as I don't want it.
