@MrsMitford3 back in the 60's, 70's, and '80's every wedding reception in the southern US always had to include a lovely 'cheese ball' on the food table...I think in the 90's, brides could no longer get away with it as it was deemed tacky....of course, since I got married in '81, I provided a giant one for my guests...soft, sharp cheddar rolled in a ball and covered with chopped walnuts....thanks for the memories!😂
