Am trying to up my fibre content at the moment, but struggling as have IBS. It is fairly mild, but some whole grains do cause me problems. For example, I don't wish to repeat this past week's experience with quinoa and lentils, sadly

I get along with all traditional veg and most fruit, so am trying to up the amount in this area instead.
I have never got along with beans, oats, lentils or bread and am not a fan of brown rice. I do get along very well with wholewheat pasta though, so this might be a solution?
Is sourcing my fibre from wholewheat spagetti and veg/fruit enough?
