How much fibre do you eat?

Am trying to up my fibre content at the moment, but struggling as have IBS. It is fairly mild, but some whole grains do cause me problems. For example, I don't wish to repeat this past week's experience with quinoa and lentils, sadly Sad.

I get along with all traditional veg and most fruit, so am trying to up the amount in this area instead.

I have never got along with beans, oats, lentils or bread and am not a fan of brown rice. I do get along very well with wholewheat pasta though, so this might be a solution?

Is sourcing my fibre from wholewheat spagetti and veg/fruit enough?

None. You don’t need it. I’m regular without it. In fact, my IBS is gone

I don’t know, but stuff like ratatouille sounds like it might be a good option?
