I still use my Bialetti but with an induction plate like the one above (Bialetti make their own) - works fine.

We use a Bialetti Venus for induction

We just stuck ours in a normal pot on the induction hob, worked fine

Had no idea such a thing as that induction plate thingy existed.

We switched to the induction version... but it's not quite as good. Kind of wish we had gone for the induction plate instead. But it works and makes good coffee, just is a bit less controlled- hard to get it to be set at the right level on our induction hob

We have exactly the one posted above but in red - I'd still recommend it but really liked our old one as it had edges and was easier to twist

The Venus is great, just as good as our old style Bialetti and used daily, very happy with my morning coffee!

Yes, I’m very happy with it. Didn’t know about induction plates though!
