I am thinking of booking a cruise with them, but they have no email, no live chat and the phone number won't work! Can anyone give me any feedback on them please?

They score very badly on the ‘Which?’ comparison of cruise lines.

My favourite cruise line. They have 4 small ships, so can get to places the massive ships can’t. Service is much better than the larger mass market lines. A lot of drinks are included but you can upgrade to a premier package. Gratuities are included too.

I've cruised with Azamara twice and we've got a third one coming up in the summer. Love them for the excellent food and small ship experience, the intensive itineraries.

Their IT systems and call centres are poor. So you're better off booking through a travel agent.

It depends what you are looking for on a cruise. I wouldn't take young children on board, as there's no children's play areas or entertainment.

Oh do they? Why I wonder?

The other cruise line we are considering is Ambassador.

Azamara and Ambassador are worlds apart. Ambassador ships are very old, the outside decor is a hideous purple and green and the cabins are very old fashioned. The food is good however they are cheap for a reason. Azamara is much better in every way, apart from the ease of booking! Go to your local independent travel agent and they will book it for you, you don't pay extra.

I'd like to hear from people who have travelled with Azamara. I did get that impression of Ambassador once I looked into it!

Who are the best people to book through? The company themselves are almost impossible to contact or get a response from! I am looking for discounts if possible.
