… if you live in the south east? Excluding stamp duty? We’ve definitely outgrown our house and as DD has some learning disabilities we need to future proof ourself. Normally people reckon it’s easier / cheaper to extend than to move, but our house needs so much doing to it that I’m no longer sure.
