Does anyone have a talent for knowing where lost things are?

Hello,
Many years ago I posted on a thread on here made by a poster who could find lost things. I asked where my toddler's shoes were. She told me that they were in a light coloured box. I found them stuffed into the drawer of a light pine desk.

Is there anyone who would be willing to help me again?

I picked my son up from an activity. He got into the car and handed me an envelope that contained money. I said thank you and sent a text to the person to say thank you. We drove off. As is our routine, we stopped at a coffee shop for take away drinks, then went home.

I can not find the envelope anywhere. I have no memory of what I did with it. The back seat of the car is always full of my son's stuff. He sheds everything when he gets into the car. I am always dragging all of his things back into the house as all he cares about is his posh drink.

I have searched the car and anywhere in the house it might be.

I know this is daft and it is my fault. I know I am stupid and easily distracted. I know that I need to concentrate better and look after things.

I don't have that talent but I do lose things a lot and I find them not by looking but by relaxing back into when I did have them and just sort of daydreaming my way along. Or by going for a walk, and it just comes to me.

Thank you very much for your reply. I often find that technique works too. I am trying my best to relax and let thoughts enter my head.

Have you checked if it’s at the coffee shop?

Yes, I have asked there. I don't remember taking it out of the car. I thought I had stupidly left it in the car. I have searched with a torch under all of the seats, but it is not there.
