What could this be on my skin worried !

Saw this mark on my skin after coming out the bath and I remembered I seen it before last month as well but wasn’t this bad could someone explain what this is pls

I get similar marks on my thighs, but they come and go. I have no idea what they are.

@HouseCaptainit’s annoying bec mine doesn’t itch or anything it’s just there lol
