The euromillions prize fund allocation is a bit shit isn't it?

Last night one person won £209MILLION matching 7 numbers.
The next set of winners with 6 numbers won £246k. That is ridiculous!
It actually puts me off playing.

Imagine having 6 numbers you'd definitely think you'd won at least a million

It is ridiculous- that jackpot is far too large (unless I win of course ). Wish they ran a system which gave more people a chance of winning....

Over 400 people could have £500K each instead of that one jackpot winner getting 200mil.

Surely spreading it among more people would be better for the economy too.

It is ridiculous having such a large jackpot go to one player.

I feel there needs to be a cap and beyond that it must be distributed to more people. However, i suspect it's the enormous jackpots which pull in more money. I only have a punt if it's a huge win. I'd panic at that amount though!

There’s also a million won in UK twice a week by raffle numbers on tickets. Often unclaimed if you have a paper ticket as people only check numbers!
