How to block a website from google chrome on an android phone please?

I can't figure it out.

Do I need to install something?

And if i do need to install an app which is best please?

From what I've found out, you either need to install a paid for app, or you can get a trusted friend/family member to set up parental controls (already installed on Google, they'll need a Google account) and link the account then get them to block whichever website you don't want access to. We had it set up on ds' phone when he was younger.
